Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through our website.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and carefully as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Orders are processed during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not confirm dispatch.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days, subject to stock availability, order volume and payment approval.
During busy periods, promotional events, new product launches or public holidays, dispatch may take longer.
If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address and shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed, unless a guaranteed delivery service has been specifically selected and confirmed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs checks, incorrect delivery details, weather disruption, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control.

For UK orders, we will use our selected postal or courier partners to deliver your parcel.

Customers outside the United Kingdom may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, local handling fees or other charges applied by the destination country.

EU orders
For orders delivered to the European Union, duties, taxes and delivery terms will depend on the shipping method and the information displayed at checkout.

Incorrect delivery information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.
If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete or could not be delivered to, we may ask you to pay the cost of redelivery.

Failed delivery or uncollected parcels
If a courier or postal provider attempts delivery and the parcel is not accepted, collected or rearranged within the required timeframe, the parcel may be returned to us.
If this happens, we may deduct the original delivery cost and any return charges from your refund, unless the failed delivery was caused by an error on our part.
If you would like the order resent, you may be required to pay an additional delivery charge.

Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number, photographs of the damaged parcel, photographs of the damaged product and any relevant delivery information.
We may need this information to raise a claim with the courier or postal provider and to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Split deliveries
In some cases, your order may be sent in more than one parcel or from more than one location.
If this applies, you may receive more than one dispatch confirmation or tracking number.
You will not be charged additional shipping unless this has been clearly stated and agreed at checkout.

Stock availability
All orders are subject to stock availability.
If an item is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative product, a delayed dispatch or a refund for the unavailable item.

Orders returned to sender
If an order is returned to us by the courier or postal provider, we will contact you once the parcel has been received back.
Where the return was caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal of delivery or failure to collect, we may deduct any delivery and return costs from your refund.
