We have a long history of offering remote working arrangements, where possible, to our employees. Due to the current crisis all employees are currently working from home. We are working with our warehousing and fulfilment partners to continue service in a modified capacity to keep staff and customers safe.
In line with current guidance our fulfilment partners are offering contactless delivery, including standing at a safe distance when the door is opened, and signing on behalf of the customer.
Due to changes in policy to keep our staff, fulfilment partners, and our customers safe, some deliveries may take longer than usual to fulfil.
